She gets along great with the other animals in the house but one thing we found out is that she likes to nibble on your toes when you least expect it. And anytime anyone runs from her she will chase them. She is a great addition to the family! "

Felix is a diabetic and this past May I almost lost him due to his extremely low blood sugar. Mamahooter777 says, "Our precious Silky Soo was born 4/21/09. We knew she was unique as she was white with unusually silky hair, while her mama Kibbles is jet black with courser hair. Kibbles and Silky bonded deeply and have been inseparable since Silky's birth. But Silky is also quite the quirky kitty. She will sit and watch TV at least once a day for 15 to 20 minutes straight and will snag daddy's socks everyday as he gets ready for work. She insists on sitting on 'shower step' when anyone showers and always waits for me to make the bed so she can take her mouse toy under the covers."

Itsyoli says, "This is our bird Captain Morgan, a male Sun Conure who has a lot of personality and who shows a lot of affection. The Captain loves eating ice cream and taking naps with us. We literally we have to rearrange the way we sleep around him so that he is safe to lay down with us. He does not speak very clearly but he does mumble all day. The only clear word he can make out is when he's told to stop doing something and clearly mimics 'NO!' We love him dearly."

Crickettot says, "This little character is Cricket, our yorkie who basically runs my life. Cricket loves to have her picture taken and you always have to tell her she is beautiful! I have to cook her three meals a day and she never eats dog food--she clearly doesn't know she's a dog! When company comes over Cricket immediately assumes they are there to play with her. I love her to death, but she is very spoiled and I don't know how that happened! Sometimes I think it was easier raising my six kids."

Gramdeb4 says, "These are my granddogs, Jesse the miniature pinscher & Maxie the doberman. They love their Gramma and usually fight over who will sit on my lap. It always ends in a draw with both dogs sharing the lap. They lost their mommy on June 7th of this year when my daughter lost her brave fight with lymphoma. Now Jesse lives with me, along with my granddaughter and Maxie lives with Daddy. They do see each other a lot and competition continues between the two. Never doubt that dogs do mourn or feel loss--these two still miss Mommy and we do our best to shower them with comfort and love."
